Overall Feedback:

My company requires quite a bit of video production, so we are always looking for new companies to work with. I just got off the phone with these guys while hoping to hire them to do some live streaming for a upcoming auction and it was one of the worst experiences I've had on the phone in a while. The kid was absurdly condescending about the terminology I was using (sorry I didn't go to film school kid). He also didn't seem to know what his companies rates were, stating something along the lines of "we bill after the fact if anything changes"... what does that even mean?Avoid these jokers.
