Terrible customer service and zero significant upgrades. Once Pixelgrade pockets your money, you are basically left alone with a theme that is updated only once or twice a year max (and which only patches badly written code or design flaws, no real features upgrades). Most of their themes fail to be compatible with the latest versions of WordPress (no compatibility with Gutenberg because they don't like it and rather stick to the old editor), PHP, and third party plugins which are necessary to make their theme work. Pixelgrade has a short term vision and mission (€€€ oriented), and only cares about potential prospects, not already acquired clients. WordPress theme editor Qode Interactive is for instance the absolute opposite of Pixelgrade: they offer regular and significant updates, listen to their customers, and keep their product up to date and compatible with WordPress. So don't tell people it is not possible to offer affordable themes while maintaining them properly at the same time.

SUPPORT NEVER REPLIED MOST OF THE EMAILS WHERE I ASKED THEM TO FIX MAJOR ISSUES HAPPENINH WITH THEIR THEME AND ON TOP OF THAT SHAMLESSLY THEY KEEP SENDING THEIR MARKWTING EMAIL. BETTER NOT TO BUY ANY THEME FROM THESE GUYS AS THEIR THEME MIGHT LOOK PRETTY BUT THEY ARE WORST IN AFTER SALES SERVIES AND THEMES ALSO HAVE ISSUES.

We searched a very long time for the right Directory theme. Then we found Listable. And it was the best chose we could make. It’s not expensive and for the prize they offer a lot of functions. The Theme itself is beautiful and well designed. It simply looks amazing, just check it out and you will be surprised. The Support is amazing. We had a few problems setting up the theme, because we usually don’t work with Wordpress. Pixelgrade helped us with every problem we had. They answered every question we had and explained us everything. The Documentation they have is more than perfect. They explain every single step there to set up the theme. And if we had a special issue, which is not explained in the documentation the support always answered it in a very friendly way. We are so happy and proud using pixelgrades Theme on our website, because they take care of their customers and help them in every possible way. I would recommend everyone to use this theme too.

the Support team did not answer since 30 hours , we bought extra money for extra support and we still got no support , the template doesn't looking like the demo version in the website , I tried to call the company to Romania no one answered also I opened 4 ticket no answer until now
