Client Review on Pixel & Hammer

Feedback:

I met with Erin at Pixel and Hammer for a "brainstorming session" in March 2016. I thought the meeting was awesome, Erin seemed interested and responsive. At the end of the meeting she informed me that Pixel and Hammer would be in touch after doing some research, getting some ideas together, etc. Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything from them. I emailed Erin at the email we had been communicating through before to ask if any more information was needed on my part because I was interested in moving forward - no response. As I research other web designers, I sent one final email to Emily Bear last week to ask if there was something I had missed, some reason why the communication had been cut off so abruptly. I have not received a response.I was so disappointed as I truly felt that their style and expertise would have really been what I needed to move my small business forward. But I can't explain why I was totally ignored by this company after our initial meeting.
