If I could give them ZERO Stars I would.They NEVER answer their phone. They NEVER return phone calls.If you call the main phone number, the automated phone menu greeting says if you want to leave a message w/the receptionist press #3. When you do that, it automatically hangs up on you, no kidding! I tried it a few times. Each time it hung up on me! LAME!They ALMOST NEVER ever reply back to emails. They're batting average on replying back to emails is very, very low almost non-existent! I've sent them lots of emails and only got 2 replies.And now their website is gone! Plus if you send an email it gets rejected and sent back to you as "Undeliverable" because their email address is tied to their website, which is now gone, non-existent!In short, they are "Customer No Service"!
