Such a pleasure to work with Platoon! They serviced a recent dance competition we were at and almost all of our team purchased the photos and videos. I had a quick question about ordering more items and they responded quickly and gave great customer service! Thank you Platoon!

Photos & Videos took almost 2 months to get and were poor quality and shot at a terrible balcony angle. Dancers look like ghosts on stage. Over priced. Poor communication to resolve issues. Very unhappy will never buy from them again and will be letting Believe Dance Comp know about this as well. MANY unhappy dance parents and kids as a result and a terrible photographer/videographer Our pictures look NOTHING like what they advertise.

Big enough but no seating

Purchased my daughters video on June 29, 2017 with a "supposed" turn around time of 4 weeks. It is now Sept 13th and still no video! I've called almost everyday for the past 3 weeks and have left voice messages every time and still NO response. Their customer service is less than desired! 😡😡

We hired platoon on contract basis for marketing and photography. They were great to work with in beginning. Then deadlines weren't met and we decided to go in another direction. We had an amenable cancellation of the contract but they then went unresponsive when negotiating the refund of fees paid. Very unprofessional in end and disappointing. 5 grand paid and nothing to show for it.
