As a tenant, the management team has been so excellent meeting any and all of my needs, efficiently. I had AC issues on some of the hottest days and they fixed it quickly, I also had issues with weather stripping around my door during the coldest days (winds of 20 mph) and they fixed it the same day! The whole team is just really great and I so appreciate it.

I enjoyed and appreciated everyone I ever interacted with at Playa. From Steven Ritter and Ken Vick nearly 8 years ago when I first inquired about property management to Tamara Villamil most recently throughout the sale of my property. If I'm ever in need of property management or sales services in the future, I won't hesitate to call on Playa and recommend them to anyone that talks to me about these services.

We have lived in our rental for three years and we have loved every minute of it. Anytime that we needed any maintenance Playamanagement was right there to fix the problem. We are in a hurricane area and the response to our needs after the hurricanes was immediate. We worked with Steve Ritter, who is a fantastic manager and owner. We would recommend this management company and Steve Ritter to everyone who wants the ideal rental experience. Thank you for everything.

I was referred to this company by a co-worker, I saw online they had great reviews as well. I called three days and left a message with the number provided on the website and never received a call back. I finally decided to press the option for maintenance, the person who answered gave me a number for Randy. When I called he answered. He was not pleasant to speak with at all, he had a very nonchalant attitude and sounded as if I was bothering him. The property I was interested, in was no longer available, but after speaking with Randy I’m not interested in dealing with this company for any other listing that may come available.

I had a VERY pleasant experience with Playa Management. Very professional and friendly. Randy Braddy was a great agent throughout my entire lease. He was very engaging and prompt to any requests. He was great and I would highly recommend him! He represents Playa Management very well.
