Great customer service! They were so helpful and patient as we had to go through all of the hoops to get it approved (a church daycare has lots of committes that have to approve) and still were very helpful even though I took up a lot of their time. The kids LOVE the new playground equipment! Their parents couldn't get them to go home! Highly recommend since it's possible to view the product in person.
