What a nightmare experience using this company. Came with a solid recommendation from nexstar so we gave it a go. In short time our traffic decreased substantially. We tried as best as we could to provide data/visibility on our local area but they really wanted to stick to their own way of rolling. So we said alright, let us know what to do. Eventually we knew it wouldn’t work out anymore so we ended the contract 2 months shy of our 12 month mark. We have had a nightmare disavowing “shady” links. And then the worse news came- we were linked to poor quality sites in places like the UK. Some of these links we have been unable to completely remove as they keep popping back up. We called them to see if there was some resolution to fix poor workmanship and the original gal on the phone basically tried to sell us to get back on monthly so they could look at things again- props to her salesmanship. Spoke with a manager who proceeded to tell me that that they actually were hacked and had a number of member sites exposed. We were never in the loop. Which is what makes the matter even worse. After I realized they didn’t know what was happening, nor a solid solution to fix their mistakes we decided to never use them again. We have communicated with nexstar to not recommend them to other businesses, unless you are totally on your digital game and watching things. Posting a picture below from a site audit vendor we used before getting on to an ethical solution.
