I was so embarrassed. PNW Video made a DVD for us of our wedding photographs. I was happy with it. Nine months later a friend had a party and showed her video of her wedding pictures. I assumed they would be similar. I was wrong. I called and talked to Don, who did my DVD and apologized. Editing is a skill. I didn't know the difference, but I lucked out. There was no comparison between the two videos. I felt so sorry for my friend, but I couldn't tell her how bad her video was and ruin her memories. PNW took what we had and enhanced the images and wove them together and made magic.
