Lee fixed my MacBook Air for way less money than I thought possible. He was extremely congenial and communicative, walking me through the options and clearly explaining what he was going to do. His house calls were super convenient. My beloved Air is like new! The only con was that he seems, understandably, to be in high demand, and I had to book an appointment a couple weeks out. I knew this going in, though, and figured it would be worth the wait—for me, it totally was.

Lee turned the clock back on my mac mini about 5 years... new internal drive, upgraded RAM... It works beautifully. Lee is prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and makes house calls! Very highly recommended!

I could not have asked for a better experience. Lee replaced my iMac's hard drive, among other upgrades, and it's running like it's brand new. He also took time to help me implement a back-up system for my files and was patient with his explanations. Will definitely use him in the future, though my iMac may never need service again! ;)
