Internet to my knowledge is the provision of continuous and essential service.(Original)Péssimo provedor, coisa rara a internet chegar próximo da velocidade contratada, suporte somente das 08h às 18h de seg a sex e aos sábados das 08h as 12h, estou sem internet desde ontem (16/09/2019) das 18:30h, somente consegui entrar em contato hoje e ainda fui mal atendido, pediram um prazo de 72h para resolver e ainda pediram para ler o contrato, pq o suporte é somente naquele horário citado. Internet que eu saiba é a prestação de serviço continuo e essencial.
