Have been trying to get my video DVD from them for 3 years. they finally responded and said that the addresses I have them (both correct) were incorrect and that they didn't want to pay extra for it just to get sent back. I then asked if I could pick it up and got no response from them. I paid $35-45 for the video 3 years ago and still trying to get it. It's a very important video to me and I will keep trying to get it. I will give an update on if I ever get my order.
