This was my first experience building a house from scratch. The on-site rep did a really good job of explaining what to expect during the process and how Maronda and its team is there to help answer any concerns and ease the cares. My superintendent was wonderful. Very open, honest and a upstanding gentleman. I would like to thank Rob Roach and the Moranda family for a job well done. Now my family and I can enjoy our new home, just in time for Christmas.

Update: When we first moved in everything was lovely until 3 months in and Maronda stop answering our service calls. Our AC has been broken for a week and Maronda hasn’t respond to our call. No AC in Florida is crucial and harsh. This is the second time this has happened and Del Air contacted them the first time about it and of course Maronda builders didn’t think it was necessary and now look it’s 80-90 degree outside and our AC is broken again. So disappointed especially since this is a new home.

Very happy with my new homes. There are a few minor things that could have been avoided during the building process such as nails left on the window which rotted and left a stain another rust stain was left on the driveway and other minor items. But overall I’m very happy with my home.
