Feedback:
Showed us a house that absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, had holes in walls and broken blinds. Didn't tell us any of this beforehand - We made an appointment to see the house and drove across the state to see it. The realtor told me after that the house "didn't smell that way or look that way" when he saw it - but it had just come on the market. In my opinion a house doesn't get that way in 1 or 2 days.
