Arrived an hour early and was loaded before my appointment time. Employees were pretty cool and got me loaded quick. Knocking off two stars because of the stupid policy regarding idling the truck (or running an APU). In spite of having 2 wheel chocks and a lock on the air line, you’re still required to completely drop the trailer and pull away if you want to idle.. Including if you want to run your APU!! APU, not connected to anything driveline related, can’t move the truck an inch if it ran at high RPMs for days, and this company’s safety department still won’t allow it to run unless you drop the trailer. ♂️ Here’s an idea for the safety department.. shut off your office AC in the middle of summer and experience what you want us to deal with! Start treating drivers better or your product doesn’t make it to market!

They assigned me a door two hours before my appt. on a Monday and I was loaded in less than an hour! Regarding the backing, I didn't find it to be tight as stated in a previous review. Actually, just the opposite. Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful! The ONLY negative (- 1 star) is you have turn your truck off before they will load/unload you.

Worst place ever. Appt at 11am. Told check back at 1pm. Checked back and they said load isnt pulled yet and they have no idea when it will be.

They are very slow, -take at least two hours for sure; but they don't care for appointment times. So there's one win &they ship until 10pm :)

The automated answering machine sucks. It will not allow you to contact anyone and just keeps looping back to the beginning.

Very small town type employees. Work in an older building, very small tight semi parking for docks. Two older long nose kenworths did make it in. Highly skilled drivers.
