Overall Feedback:

We bought a facial and massage package, the facial was very disappointing. I'm not sure the esthetician was properly trained, as during the server she did not perform extractions nor hand massage. The add-ons are not worth the cost. Because the gratuity is automatic, it's unfortunate you can't align the gratuity to the quality of the service provided. The spa it's self is clean and nice.
