I had dropped and completely smashed the screen on my Macbook Pro. Since Apple wants an insane amount of money to fix something like that I thought I would try a local repair place. Chris was able to replace the screen and some of the surrounding plastic for a very reasonable price and in a short amount of time. I'm very happy with the skills, knowledge and service and would highly recommend Power Up Boston for any computer repairs.

We first used Power Up Boston to purchase a computer for our daughter heading off to college; we requested a system that met the school requirements. Chris made some additional suggestions that worked out great. Because we had such a fantastic experience, we purchased a new home computer system, that has met all of our personal and work related needs. Power up Boston has exceeded all of our expectations for service, and upgrades. We knew what we wanted to be able to use the computers for, and the knowledgeable team knew how to get us there. We have and will continue to recommend Power Up Boston for all computer needs.

Unbelievable service, clearly a master at his trade, had tons of viruses on my computer from watching "movies" and power up Boston removed each and everyone of them for half the cost of other computer repair centers!!!

If you're in search of "Cadillac" service look no further. Power up Boston has been by far the best experience in terms of computer repair and IT services. I have dealt with Chris on more than one occasion and he's been responsive to my needs, and always suggests alternatives to keep the repair cost-effective, without compromising the quality of work. I can say with confidence that there is no need to look any further than power up Boston for any of your computer needs. Would give six stars if I could!
