I moved to the Pasadena area in November 2016 and joined PPC Fitness shortly thereafter. I had been a part of a great community at my previous gym, and I didn't know what to expect from PPC. I was so encouraged right from the beginning. All of the coaches are amazing- not just because they are knowledgeable and push you to become your best self, but because they provide you with smiles and high fives throughout your workout, even at 5 o'clock in the morning! I know I will leave the gym every time feeling stronger, happier, and ready to take on the next big challenge. Thank you so much, PPC!
