Feedback:

I know I am stronger now, and hopefully, my form is improving. I never liked gyms or memberships, but I like the close attention you get at PPC and the atmosphere is very friendly with a motivational touch. I need that extra push I get from Maria.I always feel great after class. All the activities I already love are so much easier (i.e. mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, and so on).
