Client Review on PPC Fitness

When I started with PPC, I was a wreck. After a rough start, I managed to steadily improve and lose weight. There is more pep in my step. The first few weeks were very challenging but PPC encouraged me to continue and showed great concern when needed. I hit a good stride and was making progress. Then I had surgery. After 6 weeks off, I was surprised how easy it was to return. My body was much further along then I had realized. Working with modifications, I was able to return with little discomfort. Alan and Maria are fantastic coaches. They are great motivators and patient with me when I have a tantrum. :) The whole experience is one of community with a personal journey thrown in. I feel supported and cared for. The atmosphere they provide is fun and challenging. Totally worth the investment!
