Feedback:

I had an appointment booked in for 12.45, waited for half hour after making a 2 hour journey from London. I called the estate agent who then informed me that she had forgotten to write this in the diary. Very frustrated and in a rush to get to work I asked I'd they could come to the property as planned, she then suggested I wait for half hour that she then changed to 45mins. I explained the importance of getting back to work, and she then said she will be there in 5 minutes. Another 15minutes went past and she called from the landlines of the estate agents claiming she had come to the property and could not find us. I said she could've called me from her mobile once she arrived. She asked whether we were inside the property or outside. How could we have been inside the property that we were trying to view and did not have keys to? At this point I realised she was wasting my time. We will not be using this company for the sale of our current property due to their incompetence and lack of integrity.
