Customer service started off right, and in between changes my project has been long forgotten. I've called and left multiple voice mails and none of the staff care to answer. I find this extremely unprofessional given the fact that they already took my deposit. They are quick to cash my $2,000 check but when it comes to answering my calls it's been over a week and nothing. I do not recommend this company.

Terrible. Saw the company on the Profit tv show and thought I would give them some business since they are local. 3 months later I have gone through 3 different contacts there and no one can get back to me. I am trying to buy something and give them money but their service is terrible. I did make them aware of another project and a second business I am opening which would give them much more business but still fell on deaf ears. Very disappointed. I had high hopes
