Overall a bad experience. The upside is the installer did a very good job on the install, was polite and accurate in his time frame. The down side was the owner was disrespectful, condescending and rude not only to me but towards his employee as well. I own a 1990 Cadillac Sedan de Ville. It has under 100,000 miles and is in close to mint condition. The trouble began when I was dropped off to pick my car up. The tech said it was not ready yet and in fact would be a couple more hours. He was asked if I had been notified. Quite annoyed I said no or I wouldn't be here. I was told the owner had pulled him off my car (which was btw paid in full) to work on another project. I asked if the owner was there and he was pointed out. I approached him and explained my situation as well as annoyance. I was told quite clearly that the other job was more important then "that old thing" and it would be done as soon as it was done. If my money had not been paid I would have left immediately. The absolute lack of respect for a customer as well as witnessing the disdain he treated his employee garners this Owner a 1 star rating. I believe that the attitude displayed by this owner not only towards me but to his employee as well is disgusting. I planned on giving the employee a tip and after seeing the way they were treated doubled it. I do not recommend this shop. Not because of the quality of the work which was excellent. I would not recommend it because the owner is an as*.
