I spent a while looking for the right apartment and when I saw a unit in one of the buildings built by Premier, I knew it was the one for my fiance and I. The apartment itself is very modern with high end features. There are not many amenities except a small gym, but that wasn't important to my fiance or I. We cared more about our living space. The building itself is kept clean and the residents there are very friendly. I also like how it is a boutique building and you can get to know the on-site team/maintenance techs on a first name basis and they know who you are as well. Roger, our Maintenance tech is awesome! He is very accommodating and makes sure everything in the apartment is always taking care of. Emma is awesome as well. She assists and answers all of my (annoying) questions! I really feel like it's home, which is a great feeling to have being that this is my first apartment. I definitely recommend them, you won't be disappointed.
