I have been working at premier over a year, in my experience with the company I have to say that I like the fact that they recognize my hard work. I got the assistant manager position in 9 months. I had to go and do the field at the locations as an outreach agent because you need to know what agents are doing on the field in order to lead by the front. The enviroment in the morning is great. they have music going on to start the day, and the meetings they have - all the people engage, and subjects are very helpfull; they talk about enterprenuership. So I think I clicked good with the staff. Great place to work if you are looking for growth and you want more than a normal 9-5.
