If you have a choice, avoid using this company. Their staff is absolutely incompetent and lazy with the exception of a few workers. To make matters worse the head of the company Kit was absolutely nasty to me today when questioned why the one phenomenal care worker was let go off of my grandmothers case. The company on the whole is absolutely disorganized. No one showed up at my grandmothers house yesterday and they had no clue until I called to Ask where the aid was. This is not the first time this is happened, and it happened again today. My grandmother is bedridden and on hospice, she could have died due to their lack of organization. They have made an already excruciating process that much harder.
