My Initial contact with Traci and Ty came after receiving a note from Traci regarding clients she had looking to purchase a oceanfront condo in my area. At the time we were considering selling so I reached out to her. She showed our home to her client who decided to purchase another unit in an adjacent building. Unfortunately that client did not pan out but we continued to stay in touch until we were finally ready to sell. Traci and Ty put our condo under contract in just a few days. Their professional photos they ordered were stunning. Not only did Traci sell our condo quickly we were able to sell for top dollar. My husband and I enjoyed working with Premier Properties of South Florida and their staff. I highly recommend them.
