I was referred to Traci and Ty from my neighbors who were very happy with the service they provided in the sale of their Jupiter home. I originally called Traci and Ty out to interview in hopes to sell my mother’s home. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism so much as I asked for their assistance in renting my home just a couple doors down. Traci kept me informed with feedback during the process. She recommended items to be completed prior to renting and kept me informed of the neighborhood activity in the rental market while we were active. She often times would run to the house during the times I couldn't make it, just to turn lights on and off for showings so my home would show much brighter. They are also extremely responsive with calls and text messages. I am very happy with the service they provided and my new tenant.
