Feedback:

Bought a USED iPhone 6 Plus on 02/27/2018 for $329 + tax and was given a 30 day warranty on it. The screen became intermittently unresponsive on the evening of 03/17/2018 (a Saturday evening). I wrote the gentleman that was running the counter when I purchased it, on Facebook the following day and told him about the issue and he told me to bring it in on Monday 03/19/2018 so they could take a look at it. That same day, the earpiece and front facing camera quit working all together. I Took the phone to the store Monday for the fella to pretty much tell me that I somehow caused damage to a cable causing it to rip and that it wasn’t covered under warranty. Upon calling a phone repair shop, I was informed that even dropping the phone wouldn’t have caused damage to any of the cables.... maybe for one of them to come lose from the motherboard but not causing a rip. Just to clarify, I had NOT dropped my phone. But even that scenario wouldn’t have caused the damage I was told by Prepaid Connect that I had somehow caused. TOTAL RIP OFFS!!!!
