Feedback:

I would echo the most recent review. Do not trust this company, they are terrible on issues like billing and communications and even their technology delivery system has been plagued with inconsistency issues. I have been trying to cancel one of my two daily E-Papers for a very long time but they hide behind recorded messages on their website contact numbers and even their corporate office phone system. This is not the first time I have had to spend exorbitant amounts of time trying to work with this company to remedy issues. My one US daily E-Paper is problem free except they annually try to double their introductory price of $7.50 to $15.00 monthly, without success. I am paying $28.34 for one of my PressReader E-subscriptions and $11.29 for the other but can't figure out which paper each price relates to. I have only reviewed once before in my life time and it was a 5 Star rating.
