Client Review on Preventive Pest Control

It's been 3 weeks since our initial treatment and we're still seeing spiders around the outer perimeter of our home. Part of their service is the ability of them to return and repeat the treatment if we still see bugs. Well, I called (albeit after hours) and left a voicemail stating that we still had bugs and to please contact me to arrange a follow up treatment. That was a week ago and I still haven't heard from them. I also don't like their very one sided contract that essentially ropes me into keeping them for a year. At this point I would be hard pressed to recommend them. The only reason they're not a 2 star rating is because our technician was a nice guy.
