We used this company to rebuild a website and overall the experience was frustrating. Our first projected completion date was December 1st and we were promised a finish date almost monthly after that. Finally on June 1st after numerous emails pestering them to finish our site, the site was launched. Normally that would mean the end of our issues but we had more problems after the website launched than leading up to it. After 3 weeks of contacting them, our website still does not work on certain browsers and the entire process has just been draining and frustrating. Despite taking 6 months longer than promised due to their lack of effort, they attempted to charge us more for the time extension and tried to charge us for every little detail. We used Primitive Social once and will never waste our time on them ever again. Save yourself the time, money, and energy and don't make the same mistake we did.

I take back my previous 5 starThey all of a sudden Randomly deleted one of our main websites, and all the backups of it, without asking any of us if they were supposed to delete it, instead made up some BS excuse that the url was saying some other company was hosting it even though the website said MADE WITH CARE BY PRIMITIVE SOCIAL and they’ve been in charge of handling everything from modifications to hosting since day one, and then told us we should have to pay to have it remade, we noped our way right out of there with our business.
