Our experience with Principle has been a dream and I’m so happy with our new look! We were particularly impressed by the immersion process. The Principle team spent a day in our office, familiarizing themselves with who we are, what we value, and how we strive to best serve our clients. I was inspired by the way each member of the team brought a specialized skill set to the table. From breathtaking prose to a detailed knowledge of typography, color, and graphic design, we knew we had the best of the best at our side! Principle has become a true extension of our team, providing guidance and support as needed, always keeping a vigilant eye on our visual and verbal identities as they continue to evolve over time.

The Houston Zoo needed an new identity to convey or mission of connecting communities with animals, inspiring action to save wildlife. We also had a huge subset of programs and events that needed rebranding, to all work together, under our main identity. I had seen Principle’s work for other clients, and knew this was their specialty – creating a sense of uniformity out of many parts and pieces. So I knew they were the firm for us! Not only did they capture our mission perfectly in a fresh and timeless way, but they are a delightful bunch to work with as well. This is why we continue to use them again and again!

Principle Design put so much thought into my logo and branding. They really took the time to get to know me and what I was about and what I wanted my brand to be about, which I really appreciate as so few companies take the time to do that anymore. They created a design for my company that I would never have come up with on my own and that is a fantastic representation of what my company is all about. I would highly recommend working with them, they are a fantastic bunch of creative people with great ideas!
