Outstanding customer service and highly seasoned professional providing quality printing at very reasonable prices.Barry and his team at easy to work with and always provide excellent suggestions and options to fit our budget. They go out of their way to exceed our expectation and meeting deadline on project 'given today that were due yesterday.'I have dealt with Print House for over thirty years and they have always provided quality printing and creative promotional ideas never missing my deadline.Thank you very much Barry for your dedicated professionalism! Excellent Printer. Can do digital, print, embroidery, screen printing. Outstanding service.I have big agency background for over a decade and have been working for myself since 2007. Worked with so many printers in the Metro Detroit area, Printhouse is on par with the best!Great value and excellent service. Ken, Barry, and their team have consistently given me excellent work. Most of his staff have been there since before I started working with him. Very trusted and will attention to detail. This is not a "one size fits all" printer. Highly recommend. I have tried other printers since 2007 in the bid process, and always end up back with them. You are not talking to reps and will talk directly with the owners.

Horrible company. Absolutely horrible. Do not do business with them. They are incompetent and unethical. I physically visited their office with copies of my company's business cards and letterhead and asked for them to reproduce the materials exactly in a fairly large quantity (for a small business of approximately 10 employees). The company faxed various "proofs" to me and I approved them. But since they were faxed, obviously, they didn't show color. When the order was completed, they shipped the order to me. But when the order arrived, the colors were COMPLETELY wrong.I immediately called and told them so. However, the company refused to fix their error. First they said I didn't give them a color code. I explained not only did they never ask for one, I didn't know what a color code was. I told them I personally delivered copies of our existing letterhead and business cards to them and instructed them to match the colors and design exactly and that they said they could do that. At that point they said they never received any of the materials. I asked to speak to my Customer Service rep, whom I met with when placing the order. His name was Dean Keyandwy. Dean continued the lie that they never received a copy of our business cards or letterhead to compare colors.At this point I am fuming. I tell Dean that I met with him personally and that he took my materials from me himself. He continues telling me he never received them. I ask if they never received them, how were they able to duplicate the design layout for me to proof? He simply restated, "We never received copies of your business cards or letterhead." This went round and round. With me telling Dean that I sat at a table with him, gave him the materials personally, and wondered how they could matched the design layout perfectly if they never received the items I gave him. And Dean just kept replying, "We never received copies."Finally, I asked to talk to the owner "Barry". They refused to let me speak to him. But they said they discussed the matter with Barry who refused to rerun the order. They said, Barry would let us keep the incorrect order at half price or they would come and pick up the incorrect order they sent and not charge us for it. However, they refused to correct their mistake and redo the order correctly. I told them to pick up their order and that we'd be finding a new printing service.Stay far away from this company. There are much better, and more reputable, print shops out there than these people.
