Client Review on The Print Shop (G.P.), Inc.

Feedback:

We had three interactions with three different staff and no one was helpful in any way. We asked for catalogs which were provided after we asked various times. Every time we asked a question, the answer was 'I don't know' and they had no one in the office that they could direct us to. We agreed on a product from one of the catalogs and they wrote it down and got everything set up. However, before we left (after 20 min later), they came back and told us that the manufactures can only print one color and therefore, cannot use our logo or if we are going to use the logo, they will charge an extra $200 fee for tracing on top of the $50 logo charge. I think they were trying to help, but no one was trained or knowledgeable, and the customer service was pretty sad.
