Shawn, After my original order with another vendor fell through I had less than two weeks to find another source for our labels. Some quick web searching yielded a couple of prospects of which PrintPapa was one. I was reluctant to "deal" with a website and under considerable pressure to make my deadline, I gave PrintPapa a call. I met Nick Rennie over the phone and he took a few minutes to get to know my project, he further explained the process at PrintPapa and gave me assurance that he would come through. I completed my purchase through the website and Nick was on the job. After a few days I received my ship notification and eventually received the labels. The order came in on time and flawless. Nick kept in contact with me through the process. Our event was a success and the labels for our one-of-a-kind Plum IPA were the showcase!! Strong Work PrintPapa!! Strong Work! I ordered some crack-and-peel stickers from Print Papa. They are terrible quality! The backing will not come off, so you end up with a mangled sticker. Customer service wants to send another batch, but after two bad batches, I'm not interested. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
