Great Customer Service, Sometimes it's not that you execute something perfect the first time, it is how you handle a mistake.I received some cards that were printed off center. I was fairly happy still but the cards were not perfect. I was going to just "live with it" because the price was good and the mistakes was not horrible, However when I was presented with a customer service survey, I notified Printplace of the problem. Rather than give me an excuse they immediately expressed that they wanted to fix the problem. They could have just said sorry for your experience and moved on, they they wanted to make sure everything was 100% right,
