Mike Pritchard has the kind of customer service that all industries should strive for. He answers emails promptly, is very precise with details on projects and has a very friendly demeanor. I haven’t had any issues that Mike couldn’t find an answer/ solution for. My only regret is not meeting Mike sooner. Our Business will definitely be using Pritchard Websites for web maintenance in the foreseeable future.

Mike is unbelievable! I would have been lost without his help. I am big on communications and whenever I had a concern or question, he emailed me almost immediately. Who does that? He is the first professional I have found that cares enough to answer your questions quickly and his work is absolutely of the finest quality. Even my husband was impressed and he is not easily impressed. Mike's work is fabulous, meticulous, awesome...I can't say enough good things about him. He is an exquisite web designer, fixer, helper, communicator...everything you could ever dream of when it comes to doing this complicated stuff. I haven't had any success until Mike took over. His work is just beautiful. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality person. He truly looks at your website like his own and is very attentive to the details and we all know how important details and accuracy are when we are trying to create a website.
