I purchased their service for $80 a month and there customer service sucks. It takes forever for an response if you have a problem with their service. For their high charges rating up to $200 monthly they should at least offer their clients a way to set up a phone call to resolve any issues. I they steal my money if you ask me.....their customer service is awful.

Are use their service for my online store and they have continue to charge me even several months after closing my store. I have emailed their customer support several times with no answer and I’ve just been charged again yesterday for the seventh month in a row with no cancellation because they refuse to answer their phones. I would 100% not recommend ever ever ever using this service. They are scam artists.
