Feedback:

I order speaker bridges and the order process went smoothly. They shipped out via FedEx on July 27th and as of August 6th they have not been delivered. I needed these last week and I was told that if we want to reorder we can do that and pay for expedited shipping and once the ones that were shipped are located then they will refund that order. How wrong is that? A solid company would have apologized and sent the new order via airfreight at no additional cost. If the old order ever shows up I would have sent them back to them.I would never purchase anything from this company again!

I had an issue with the product I received, it basically just wouldn't work in the area that we wanted it to. After some back and forth, Pro Acoustics allowed me to return the item if I paid for shipping and a restocking fee which I was more than happy to do. Thank you for turning my (at first) less than great experience around. The customer service team went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks again!

Product took months to get here. Then didn’t work properly. No refund after 15 days of receiving package so now I must go through the warranty process of the manufacture. Warranty came through, despite the issues everything worked out.
