Kyle saved my day. I was using word when my computer screen went blank. The project I was working on was due the following morning, and not knowing what to do decided to contact Pro Tech Guy. The minute I got there Kyle put me at ease, not only showed me the part that were broken, but helped me to make a decision. I bought a new computer (on his advice from Best Buy ) he did not tricked me to buy one from him or insisted on it. He was honest and guided me on how to save money. He transferred all data from old computer, even called Microsoft on my behalf, cleaned my desktop, and by the end of the day, I was back working on my project. I trusted him, and will go back to him if I ever encounter computer problems again. Kyle went far and beyond in helping an older lady that knows 0 when it comes to technology.

I can provide feedback only for laptop upgrades, but I recommend Pro Tech Guy when you need an upgrade on your laptops. Kyle is very knowledgable on both PC and Mac computers. I asked Kyle to upgrade my HD on my MacBook Pro and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The price of service was fair and he takes good care of the machines. If I need an upgrade for my laptop in the future, this is where I will take it.

My computer crashed and Kyle resurrected it and was able to reinstall a very old difficult program back onto it. This program is the most important piece for me because I do non profit work and the company doesn't produce any updates since they switched to platform Windows 10. I highly recommend the "Pro Tech Guy". Prices are reasonable and he has great recommendations to maintain and improve your computer's performance. Jan Kubitz

My laptop computer screen cracked. I haul it back and forth between work and home because I use it daily to work when I am home. Since I use it every day, all day, I was a little panicked about having to leave it to be fixed for several days. He kept it over night one day and a couple of days later I brought it in again and he had it fixed that morning. I so appreciated the timeliness of his work and how he made it as easy as possible for me to get the problem fixed without having to interrupt my work. Thank you Kyle!

I'd rate Pro Tech Guy higher if I could! Kyle quickly resolved a frustrating Windows 10 issue. Very professional throughout the entire process. Great communication. Kept to his promised deadlines. ALL my data was saved and he installed inexpensive system upgrades, which helped double my system's speed. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend PTG in a heartbeat.

Had some work done on 2 computers, changed around some hard drives, updated a couple of HP Zbooks and set up a couple of external hard drives. Kyle did a great job, he listened to what we wanted done and worked everything out to our complete satisfaction. He stands behind his work and we would go back there again anytime as our first choice.
