I've been to PRO a couple of times. A couple of years ago, my hard drive died. I brought a spare one with me to replace it with. Pro installed it for $100.I recently had problems with my laptop touchpad not working right. I brought it in to see if they could find a quick fix. Laura helped me right away and got most of my touchpad features working again within 30 minutes, all the while taking the time to explain what went astray with my drivers. Laura was very kind and thorough. Someone should give her a raise!Thanks for the help.

Thank goodness I brought my laptop to this fabulous place! I turned over a dying hard drive and got back a little piece of lightning, with everything back in it's proper place. Such a relief and such good service.
