I have worked in other MNC’s before and all I faced there are something without any improvement in my knowledge. I should tell everyone that this opportunity is the best decision I have made and I am fully satisfied with the salary also.

Good company with lot of stuff to learn. If you know what to do, this company has lots of potential to learn and grow your career - its up to you to take the space or not. I am not disturbed by some low ratings, since I worked here for 5+ years, I have learned a lot and exercised to become a professional. I had 2 managers who are kind enough and gave all the spac veto share my thoughts, they picked my suggestions and implemented in their process too. They believe in us and gave us direct client interaction opportunities. I was motivated a lot to learn and experiment which is a success key in software development. Good environment setup to add on. Will like to join them again if future allows me to do.No dislikes in specific. Conflicts in project ideas will always be there but that's how we mature our ideas. They could provide more communication classes to those who doesn't know the language.- Siva Kumar
