Very unprofessional and slow on work. Paid for 200 page e book and gave them a 3 month deadline. One week before deadline I received a 30 page document. Very incomplete and lacking a lot of info that I assigned very early. Still fighting for refund. They are very quick to take your money so I caution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I finally made the decision to have someone help me write a very professional resume, cover letter, linkedin profile, etc. Sadly, the choice I made to use Pro Creative Writers was the worst decision I have ever made. I received nothing more than a re-write of my own rough draft with a few fancy graphics. And when I decided to complain I was ghosted by the company. It took me 27 days to get a hold of a live person and they simply stated they did the work (shoddy at best) and only refunded a $40 rush fee I had paid - nothing else. Steer clear of this group.
