Overall Feedback:

My experience working with Profiles was very positive. A former colleague referred me to Rachel Coonan and she was wonderful to work with. She made me feel at ease throughout the hiring process and was extremely helpful in determining what would be the best fit for me. Rachel was always responsive and professional, but did everything in a caring manner. Rather than just trying to fill a role or check a box, she made sure I was happy with my placement. I am very grateful for her and Profiles because if it wasn't for them, I would not be where I am today.
