I spent a very productive afternoon with Michelle and her staff at the Innovation Factory getting a comprehensive overview and insight into the various avenues available to our start-up company in presenting and marketing ourselves online.They were extremely patient, and simplified often complex and technical issues into easy to understand language, and set out a few alternative courses of action we should consider to get up and running with a fresh web presence, including blogs and video marketing, and suggested future strategies to help increase customer engagement.It's always good to have someone else give you their seasoned perspective, together with practical hints and tips! Overall, it was a very worthwhile and productive exercise, and something which I really appreciated, and would heartily recommend.
