I've used Don Jones at ProForma Albrecht to obtain shirts and hats with our firm logo embroidered on them. Everything that I have ordered has been returned quickly, at a great price, and looking fantastic. I cannot recommend Don Jones enough for all of your promotional product needs! He is truly committed to making sure that you and your business look good!

Over all HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND SERVICE. THEY MESSED UP 5 OUT OF 7 OF MY ORDERS, everything from print being sideways to stitching being sideways, missing, bare in spots. sending out the wrong product, then telling me that product was no longer available, I found it, it was available in their own catalog! INVOICES WRONG, asked 15 times for them to correct the problems 15 TIMES, then they invoiced me for interest because they made me wait to get it corrected. I would highly suggest, that you DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME trying to deal with messed up company. I recommend going anywhere else!
