I called because I wanted a quote, I asked the guy who answered for his name so I can address his name and he did not want to give it to me and he aggressively asked what can I help you with. after that he just just hung up on me. I called back twice and now they do not answer this is such a bad customer service experience. they put a bad reputation with progressive and now I didn't even get the chance to even get insurance because I didn't get pass the phone call. This is supper upsetting
