Highly recommend Progressive Tech! Today, after having been told by another shop that my MacBook Air needed a $650-to-$950 upgrade to address my almost-full storage, I went to Progressive Tech for another opinion. I was helped within two minutes, my issue was identified and resolved in about a minute, turned out my storage was being used up by a needless Photos duplication. No charge. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, I now know where I'll go whenever I have a question or problem with my MacBook.

I can only highly recommend this place. They helped me out as quick as can be. Yesterday evening, shortly before their shop closing hour, I called them to ask about my mac book pro, which I urgently need for work, not any more booting and one of their team members even offered to come to the store one hour before the opening hours the next morning to ensure that the issue could get fixed as fast as possible. I stopped by early in the morning and handed over my laptop and after less than an hour, I had an email from them telling me that only one cable needed to be replaced if I agree to it and the laptop boots again. What a relief, so thanks to them again!!

These folks know what they are doing with Macs. Our office was having some systems issues with our 4 year old iMacs. They gave us great advice and ramped up the computers to lightening fast speeds. The price was fair and reasonable and they did the work over a weekend so we had zero down time.
