I worked with Prompt remotely for several months from 2011-2012, helping design layouts for many of their websites. It was an OK working relationship until February 2012 when we decided to part ways amicably. Since then, the owner Kristopher Jackson has failed to compensate me for my last two projects for the company, and has been ignoring my calls and emails. For this reason, I would not recommend working with Prompt as an employee or a client.

Prompt Internet has developed over 5 sites for me. They were very easy to work with and completed the work on time as promised. I would recommend Prompt Internet to anyone who is looking at building a website no matter how large or small of a site you have. I look forward to working with Prompt on future projects.

I have known Prompt Internet Solutions/Kristopher Jackson since launching my own law firm in 2009. Since that time Kris and his team built my first website, then developed my second website for me when I opened by second law office, converted my websites to Wordpress, added a blog feature and made some other changes over the years. Each time the service, product and communication was great and the fees absolutely fair. I never felt like Kris was trying to sell me on something I did not need. When I asked Kris a number of years ago about SEO I got a straight and honest answer instead of pressure to sign up with his comapny or anyone else for that matter. On another occasion, when my website was seemingly hacked, Kris got the problem solved and within a matter of hours my websites were once again up and running. Bottom line: I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone who wants to build a website. You will be in good hands!
